Not that I did not know that this day was ought to come, it’s just that I did not want it to be this tough. The past few days of this week so crazily busy (last minute shopping, packing etc.) that I had no time so sit and blog.
Well, now since they are back on their way to India, I am collecting myself together and making myself ready to bring my life back to normalcy (since the fancy days are over).
So, this is the third (and the last) part of the Vegas trip. The last day in Vegas was spent equally amazing with friends and family. We spent the first half of the day in Madame Tussauds museum. It was a super-hot, super-sunny weekend, hence we wanted to stay indoors. After visiting the museum, we had our lunch at Origin India (for which I can vouch that it was the best Indian food I have ever had in U.S.)! The hot and fresh food served in their lunch buffet was unmatchable!
Then we were off to the roads (back to Phoenix). On our way, came these breath-taking-ly beautiful mountains and we could not help but stop there for a while and experience one of the most beautiful sunsets ever! We sat there, clicked pictures, climbed up the car, posed for pictures, did stupid things, joked, laughed, made fun of each other – right there – in the mid of that picturesque landscape.
From a short mini-skirt I switched over to my Hilfiger Polo dress. Why? – Because ‘comfort’ is the key while traveling for me!
P.S. Love you mother ~~ Miss you so much ~~ Nothing and no-one can fill your presence here..
Cheers!
Ritika
