Are you feeling tired/exhausted/low today? Do you feel like running back to your bed under layers of sheets? Are you not as energized today as you would like to be?
Well, I have a few suggestions which may help you feel your ‘peppy self’ again..!!
- Spray your favorite perfume.. or… try a lemon perfume. It will help awake your senses and make you more aware of the surroundings!
- Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on your morning cup of tea or coffee. Surprisingly the fragrance of this very famous spice will instantly make you feel good.
- Wear Yellow. Trust me.. this color will make you feel alive and kicking! Whenever you feel dull and you have to go out, reach out for that lovely yellow blouse or a yellow blazer!
- Snack Snack! Usually our energy levels are low if we don’t fuel our body timely and properly. So munch a handful of almonds or cashews.. or eat a banana! It will help you feel content and give you the energy you are looking for!
- Extended Beauty Steps – Put 5 extra minutes in to your daily beauty regimen. Scrub your face and neck with a mild scrub and apply a glowing mask. And then apply your usual make-up. I do this all the time for those last minute parties and after work drinks!
- A quick cardio workout helps. Okay, may be this is not what you expected on this list, but there is no harm in giving it a try? Jump ropes? Cycling? Running? Or just a frisk walk near your neighborhood! Anything will work just fine.
- Put on that promising mascara! Long and lengthy lashes will make your eyes look fresh and wide open!
- Play your favorite dancing numbers and sing with it! This one works like a charm each time!
