Fall Returns

Now that Labor day is over, we can move on and accept the fact that Fall is here (though the official date is Sep 23rd), I already feel the change in climate. I have re-introduced my leather skirts, burgundy lipsticks and big scarves back in to my closet! I don’t know if I am happy or sad about summer getting over. Let’s just say Autumn is my favorite season of all the seasons and leave at that (on the other hand, I’m not in to Winters at all.. like AT-ALL)! Why can’t it be Fall forever! 😛

This is what I wore this past weekend city strolling. Like I said, you will see lots of magenta, burgundy and ruby shades on the blog this month! I love how these colors represent the transition in the weather and also make you glow!

I call this a retro outfit with an edge! The polka dots, the lace and these white sunnies make a decent combination! Don’t you agree??

  1. Di I follow your blog and live in brussels. Do you recommend getting short hair? It looks grown in these pics. how often do you need to get a haircut?

    1. Hello Kanika, I am glad to hear you follow the blog! Yes, I definitely recommend a pixie haircut (if you really like short hair). Try going shorter a few inches before taking the big leap. And I always say – it’s just hair, they will grow back so do what you like!
I usually get a haircut sometime between 3 to 4 weeks. My hair grow really, really fast.. Everyone’s haircut frequency depends on how fast their hair grow! Good Luck! Do send me your post haircut pictures if you decide to cut them! 🙂

  2. Thanks for the reply Di. I have booked an appointment for saturday. I’ll definitely send you some pics when i get my cut. Just wanted to ask, do you prefer the current length or should I go shorter than what you have coz my hair grows fast too. Will that be too short? 🙂

    1. I am glad you made the decision! I would suggest you to consult your hairstylist about the hair length.. as it depends on a lot of factors like your facial features, bone structure, hair texture etc. Do research on the internet so that you know how many types of pixie haircuts are there.. Good Luck 🙂
