Sun and bare legs

We finally completed our ‘settling down‘ process this weekend. All the furniture is bought and set up, boxes opened, kitchen stocked, accessories hanged etc. etc. Now that all this is over, I can finally relax and take a chill pill. So let’s move on..
As you can see in these pictures, my focus for the past few months has been fitness (you would know more if you follow me on Instagram, which let me say you must 😉 )! I might have lost some weight (I’m not sure because I haven’t weighed myself in over a year; I go by the mirror and how my clothes fit), but I feel so much stronger than before. I can lift, I can squat, I can bend, I can do much, much more than before.
Just for the record, this blog has and always will, focus on two major things – Fashion and Fitness. My heart lies in both of them, and I could never choose just one!

On the outfit front, who would have thought a plain-jane kind of linen shirt dress would look this glamorous! This dress was lying in the ‘Sales’ isle of Old Navy back in Boston last month (since Boston was covered in snow, no one would dare wearing linen then). That is when I bought it, because I knew I was moving to a warmer place, and could wear it sooner than later. And here we are, linen dress, with shining sun, some sweat, and lots of bare legs. No complaints, my Lord!
